1. Enter values in each of the cells.
2. Right-click on the chart.
3. Refresh the data.

How to change conditional formatting

1. Select the cells you want to change.
2. On the Home tab, click Conditional Formatting. (It’s in the Styles section)
3. Click Manage Rule from the drop-down menu.
