How to Print MS Word Styles Definitions

If you want to print out the style definitions of a MS Word template, follow these steps:

1. Click File, Print.

This opens the Print options.

1. On the Print tab, click Settings, then select Styles.

This prints all styles in your document.

You can print to Microsoft XPS Document Writer or to a PDF printer, then copy and paste into MS Word to make it more readable.
